The other day I posted (in jest) a template for parents to fill in after this baseball season. A parent could use all positive words and phrases or all negative ones. Their choice.
Today’s version is for coaches.
Enjoy!

Dear Mr./Mrs. ____________________
I just wanted to say how much of a ________________ your son __________________ was to coach this season. Each day, _______________ was the ____________ to arrive to practice and was the ________ to leave. His work ethic is obviously _______________. His teammates _________________ him and always are saying how much they ______________ him for his _________________. His natural abilities are _____________ as well. I remember you contacting me a few ________________ ago and told me how ________________ he was. Clearly, your instincts are _________________. Even the other coaches in the league had nothing but _________________ to say about him. And umpires? They thought he was a _____________ too! He obviously was raised in a ___________________ family to be that way.
Next season, I expect his playing time to _______.
Yours in ___________________ ,
