I’m changing things up a little bit here at Baseball By The Yard. For the near future I will be posting only one or two posts a week. I have some new ideas for the site and need more time to plan, educate myself on some things, and create. I’ll keep you posted!

My last true post of 2014 was a video post on the ins and outs of the basic Knee Drill for throwers and pitchers.  Another drill that I actually like better is the Square-Up Drill which is described in today’s video post.
