Touch the front of first base!

Here is a painful reminder why a runner always needs to touch the FRONT part of the bag at first base. No exceptions! I’m hoping Harper’s knee injury is not serious.
Touching the front gets you to first base more quickly and you don’t land on the slippery part of the bag with your spikes like Bryce Harper did above.
